This world is one of the hardest ones to be in, now a days. But one thing I have learned is doing it alone, or feeling as though you are the only one who has experienced or felt one way or another makes it so much harder. Growth for oneself comes in different forms. But sometimes connection can make that much of a difference in someone’s journey. Maybe some of my experiences or words may hit home and if working through my own ball of trauma can help another feel less alone then maybe this is worth it.
